Is Prey (2022) good?

Prey (2022) cleans up the series following the too busy and clunkiness of Black's entry by reducing the movie description (and, in turn, the famous extraterrestrial beast) to its pro wrestler essence. This is done in order to make the franchise seem more cohesive. The previous match, "Predator vs. Commando," was renamed "Predator vs. Lethal Weapon" before the "Predator Battle Royale" match. Now, it's "Predator vs. Native Warrior," which strips away any pretense and scarcely leaves space for anything beyond one perfectly choreographed and thrillingly nasty set piece after another, with arrows and tomahawks flying and drawing green blood as the ultimate hunter takes his own scalps. There is a hypothesis that you can use these films to measure the pulse of where action cinema now stands since 1987, and this one seems Prey recap suited for the post-JOHN WICK era: precise, carefully shot pandemonium that is more than a bit in-your-face. What a delightful and unexpected discovery.
